About A Stable Home Foundation

A Stable Home Foundation, a 501(c) (3) Not for profit Corporation was established in 2021 by Tracy Erickson who is an accomplished Equestrian, Equine Therapy Instructor, and a native 

of Jamestown, New York 

Our team is made up of licensed equine therapists,  and other health professionals who are passionate about supporting equine therapy health and wellness in our community.

We would like to express our gratitude to our community partners and sponsors for supporting our Equine Therapy Programs for Children with Intellectual and Development al Disabilities , At risk Youth, Foster Care Children, Teens, Veterans & Veterans Families, and our  Seniors 

We partner with Skywalker Stables  to provide  a  comprehensive equine therapy services to those in need.
